  Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that ‘All India Memon Jamat Federation’ (AIMJF) has started a campaign of construction of Degree Colleges at PAN India level wherein land has to be donated by local Jamat and construction cost will be borne by AIMJF. Now Jamats should take care of their members and AIMJF will take-up big work
  
  Accordingly, Parbhani Jamat has donated us 1acre land and foundation stone was laid by us on 22/09/2024 and cost of construction is around Rs.6 Crores (USD 7,00,000).
  • Cost of 1 Class Room is INR 10 Lakhs (USD 12,000) &
  • Cost of 1 Share is INR 50 Thousand (USD 600)
  He requested all the members present to collect maximum donors and strengthen our hands and join this noble cause of Sawab E Jaariya, for Class Rooms & Shares for aforesaid project, a name plaques of donors will be placed in college building.

  This will be the 1st degree college in the history of India to be managed by Memon and professional degree courses will be taught in said institute and also free or concessional fees will be allowed to students who are unable to afford fees.

• Mrs Razia bai Chasmawala delivered welcome address and greeted Mr Chandra Kumar Bose and also appraised him about the cordial relationship of Memon Community with Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
  
  She said that When Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose launched his fight for the freedom of India from British rule, Abdul Habeeb Yusuf Marfani, a wealthy businessman donated all of his fortune totalling one crore and three lakh rupees, to the Indian National Army (INA).
  
  Marfani hailed from the town of Dhoraji in Saurashtra but later the family settled in Rangoon where they set up a flourishing and diverse range of businesses. During the Second World War, When Netaji took charge of the Indian National Army and revived its flagging strength Marfani was the first to come forward to donate a massive amount to the leader for strengthening his army. Netaji honoured him by awarding the Sevak-e Hind medal.
  
  He was the first person who was presented with this medal by Netaji himself. Marfani’s donation was in the form of cash as well as jewellery and property deeds. Reportedly Netaji was very moved by the patriotism and generosity displayed by Marfani. He declared: “I feel very happy about what Seth Marfani has done for the liberation movement. It is extremely commendable.”

  1) Canada Government has announced to accommodate 5 lakhs students every year till 2025 out of which 1.25 lakhs students are from India.
  
  2) Any student who has passed XII or Graduation can seek admission in Canada for further studies.
  
  3) Eligibility criteria is 35% in XII or Graduation & 70% in English proficiency test being English is the main language in canada. Age not above 30 years & study gap not more than 5 years.
  
  4) He also offered his voluntary services to assist indian students to persue further studies and settle in Canada with halal food and stay facility nearby masjid
  
  5) Students are allowed to work for 20 hours in a week and so far he has helped 210 students to secure job.
  
  6) He also informed that any students can contact him and speak with him as long as they wish so that they may not suffer from depression

• Mrs Razia Bai Chasmawala appreciated the activities of AIMJF under the leadership of Mr Iqbal Bhai Officer. She stated that Ladies Wing should be formed in all Jamats & start Industrial Training Centre to teach income generating courses viz, Fashion Designing, Tailoring, Beauty etc to women through which they will become self sufficient & support their family in this highly inflation era wherein prices of livelihood are escalating day by day.

  He further appraised that in Mazgaon area 2200 sq ft carpet area is available in ownership basis.
