This is a Privacy Notice, which has been given to you by ALL INDIA MEMON JAMAT FEDERATION in compliance with the New Regulations known as General Data Protection Regulations.

All India Memon Jamat Federation (AIMJF) hereinafter will be referred as AIMJF in this Privacy Notice.

AIMJF has been formed as an organisation in order to unite India based Memon Jamaats. The purpose of the AIMJF is to act as the central Memon organisation representing the entire Memon community throughout the world, promoting the advancement, upliftment, unity, welfare and well-being of all Memons in all aspects of life and at all times in accordance with Islamic principles. AIMJF is a non-profit-making organisation incorporated by guarantee and not having a share capital, whose registered office is situated in Mumbai.
All India Memon Jamat Federation (AIMJF) is a Charitable Trust registered as mentioned below
AIMJF Online Membership Application Form means any digital application operated by AIMJF, which states that this Privacy Policy applies to that application.

AIMJF website and Online Applications forms, including all information and materials contained on them are managed by AIMJF.
AIMJF is committed to ensuring the privacy of all our users. This Privacy Policy governs all pages on AIMJF Website and the operation of AIMJF Membership Applications.
By using AIMJF website and/or the AIMJF Membership Application, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. AIMJF may change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The type and amount of information we receive and store depends on how you use the AIMJF Website and/or Membership Application Form.
We do not collect personal information (such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address) on AIMJF website or AIMJF Membership Application unless you choose to provide it.

For example, personal information submitted for the purposes of making a donation will be used to process that donation and personal information submitted with an expression of interest in joining will be used appropriately for that purpose. We take appropriate security measures to ensure that we keep your information secure, accurate and up to date, and that we only keep it for as long as is reasonable and necessary. However the transmission of information over the Internet is never completely secure, so while we do our best to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to the AIMJF website and/or Online Membership Application Forms.
The information you provide will not be sold or rented nor will it be shared with third parties unless we have your permission, or are required to disclose the information by law or in the following circumstances:
AIMJF Website and AIMJF Online Membership Applications Forms are hosted by third party service providers and therefore any personal details you submit through AIMJF website may be processed by that third party service provider. We may also use other third parties to process your personal details. All of these third party services providers will process your personal information only on behalf of AIMJF and will be bound by strict confidentiality conditions.
Where submitted, your card details may be disclosed to banks or relevant financial institutions to arrange payments. AIMJF offers different type of membership and also send emails and WhatsApp messages to members, potential members and people of memon community.
According to our database, you are on the database of AIMJF, but if you want us to remove your name from our database, then contact us immediately to enable us to take appropriate steps to address your request.
