  He further stated that as everyone knows every single person including kids have been gadget savvy. They have almost forgotten to move their body except their fingers which moves on keys of mobiles n computers. Inorder to encourage fitness of both mind n body we have arranged this cricket match under 16 which will boost them with positive energy. It is not that only winning matters but taking part is most important.

• Mr Asif Abbajumma briefed the norms of Volley Ball Tournament as follows:-
  1. Team will be of 6 Players + 2 Extra including Owner (for backup)
  2. 6 players on a team, 3 on the front row and 3 on the back row.
  3. Maximum of three hits per side.
  4. Player may not hit the ball twice in succession
  5. A ball hitting a boundary line is “in”
  6. 3 Passes are allowed
  7. Hit by Leg & Head is not allowed
  8. 6 Teams will play with each other as per raffles, out of which 3 winner teams will qualify for Semi Final & 1 via raffle i.e. total 4 teams. Then 4 teams will play with each other as per raffles & 2 winner teams will qualify for Final.
  9. Tournament will be played between following 6 teams:

  Youth Wing and Disaster Management is working shoulder to shoulder during calamities. He also stated that Sharif Bhai Memon also called from Ahmedabad and will be assisting victims of Flood Affected people of Kerala under the banner of AIMJF.
• Mr M A Khalid briefed the present situation of Kerala Flood affected places and informed that our community is mainly affaected in Mulapparam and Wainad districts of Kerala and at present they require medicines, sanitation materials, cloths, household utensils etc.
• Mr Ibrahim Motiwala informed over phone that his team is also collecting Relief Materials and will discharge the relief work jointly with AIMJF.
• Mr Imran Fruitwala on behalf of AIMJF Youth Wing proposed to conduct a drive for collection of Relief Fund / Materials for Kerala based Flood Affected Victims in co-ordination of Help Foundation.
  Members present appreciated the same and a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs at initial stage was sanctioned towards Relief Help for flood affected victims of Kerala

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Irfan Kaludi.
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 16/05/2017 which was unanimously approved by the members present.
• Rs.45,20,000/- was sanctioned towards 43 Housing Applications whose balance amounts were matched by the applicant / Jamat.
• Rs.2,52,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 9 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.
• Rs.60,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for Educational Help (Special Case)
• Rs.1,00,000/- was sanctioned towards Auto-Rickshaw application of handicapped person (Special Case)
• Rs.5,00,000/- was sanctioned towards flood affected victioms of Dhanera (North Gujrat)
• Rs.2,00,000/- was sanctioned towards flood affected victims of Bihar (Non Memon)
• It was unanimously approved by the members present to nominate the name of Mr Iqbal Memon Officer to WMO (India Chapter) as a Apex Body Member of AIMJF
• Mr Iqbal Memon Officer briefed the members present about his USA tour and stated that he has apprised the members of our community in USA about the activities of AIMJF and also tried his best to convince them to donate their Zakat / Donation to AIMJF.
• It was decided to change the norms of ‘Vehicle / Business Loan Scheme’ of AIMJF and take ‘Indemnity Bond’ from Guarantors to safeguard the recovery and make the scheme alive in long run and also to reduce the monthly equitable loan installments from 36 to 20.
• Mr Ali Bhojani suggested out sourcing the scheme via affiliation with Credit Societies / Bank wherein they have inhouse strong recovery legal team with full-proof legal paper work.
