new purchase of house or construction or repair to existing dilapidated structure.

Documents required to be attached along with duly filled form :

1. Copy of old premises / land documents.
2. Group photograph of family with existing structure.
3. Ration Card / Photo ID proof
4. For repair cases please attach Contractors Quotation. (Annexure 1)
5. For new construction please submit Contractors Quotation & Architect Certificate (Annexure 1 & 2)
6. Recommendation Letter from local Halai Memon Jamat
7. Recommendation from Regional Zonal Secretary / Dy Vice President / Vice President of AIMJF
